In reply to Rick Glanvill According to my records, John was born April 17, 1766 in East Newlyn, Cornwall, England and Thomas (my gg-grandfather ) was born May 15, 1807 in St. Enoders, Cornwall, England. I am descended from his son William Reser Glanville, and William Reser's son Isaac Milburn Glanville is my Grandfather. Both John and Thomas were Methodist ministers in Missouri. John Glanville came to America in 1819 and Thomas in 1830. William Glanville was living in St. Enoder, Cornwall, England when he died Feb. 14, 1849, not sure where he was living when John and Thomas came over but am assuming it was St. Enoders, Cornwall, England.
