RootsWeb has finally fixed the threaded archives and previous messages can be easily accessed through the following website: http://archiver.rootsweb.com/ After opening the website, type in the the name of a mailing list excluding the "-L" or "-D"; or choose a list by letter. Please note how important it becomes to use a descriptive subject line to identify your ancestor so other researchers, particularly new subscribers, can easily find your query. Query subject lines should include the name of the ancestor, date or time frame and place of event or migration path.
