Hello all. This is for one of my Bowling pals. His father was Walter Charles FREEMAN born around 1887 possibly in Pitsea, [spelling] in Essex. His father was Charles Robert FREEMAN. Nothing is known about him so far. Walter married to Gladys,  Mary DAVIES in W.Glamorgan in 1935[from Free BMD;] they lived in Loughor. Walter died in 1958 aged 71. Graham - I'm looking on Ancestry for a Walter C. son of Charles, but I find none born in Essex. Several born in London with a father, Charles. Are you sure of the county? Have you looked on Familysearch? There are a number of Walter Freeman and Charles Freeman's listed on the 1891 census. Once you narrow down which is likely yours and their location, I can have another look on Ancestry.
