You can see old maps of the area on the Old Maps site but can't zoom in enough to spot Marian Terrace.... ============= Dear Listers, I've just visited the Old-Maps website: http://www.old-maps.co.uk/ I entered the coordinates for Marian Street (297415,192980) obtained from the Streetmaps website: http://www.streetmap.co.uk/ I selected the map identified as "1900 Pre-WW1 1:2,500 - Glamorganshire" and clicked on "Enlarge map". This shows a 1900 map centred on Marian Street. One click on the map provides a scrollable enlarged map on which Marian Street is clearly identified. The earlier 1:2,500-scale (1876) and 1:10,560-scale (1885) maps were surveyed before Marian Street was built.
