In Maine, and I think all of it, including the state library, computer use is free and I believe unlimited. Ancestry is also available at the state library and at least some towns (worth asking). I also suspect this (computer use and Ancestry) is true in most? all? US states? Vague, I know, but it is worth asking about. I am doubtful about FMP but I may ask.
