I have received information about a Merthyr Tydfil Historical Forum free event entitled Early Industrial Merthyr Tydfil at the Dowlais Guest Club, 10.30 am to 3.00 pm . Doors open 10am Professor Chris Evans will speak on Merthyr's World Importance, Richard Lewis on Archaeological Discoveries and Joe England on Strikes and Industrial Conflict.
