I recently contacted a fellow researcher on the Surname of FRANKLIN where he had done a One-Name-Study on.He sent me a Family Tree with approximately 3,075 cousins on it,all descended from Jenkin FRANKLINwho I previously  mentioned recently, on this list. Suffice to say, He had only gone back to 1550 on his lot. I gave him the link back to 1400, and to William FRANKLIN, who had lands off Thomas FRANKLIN,the Abbot of Neath& Margam.Who was my Ancestor too.
