Hello All, Has anyone this seen this family maybe from Rhondda Valley, Glamorganshire? John E. DAVIS 45 (1804/05) Miner, took his family to mine in Pennsylvania, USA in 1841 Ann . . . . . . . . 49 (1800/01) Elisabeth. . . . 19 (1830/31) John. . . . . . . . 17 (1832/33) Ann . . . . . . . . 15 (1834/35) Mary . . . . . . . 11 (1838/39) Are they in the 1841 Census or any of the parish lists or Catholic records or the tithe lists? I came in 1982 and searched the census and parish lists in Cardiff and Aberystwyth for the Rhondda valley area and found many John's with son John but none with the right dates, but of course I may have missed them.
