As I recall some one recently asked for pictures of a couple of pubs, one being the Bird in the Hand. A couple of owners were mentioned and I wanted to add that in the 1860s or so it was run by James and Catherine Shea (which happen to be the names of my gr gr grandparents, but whom are not). However, there must be some relation as i did have ancestors who boarded there. Sue
