According to my great aunt's bible, she attended Church there probably between 1920 (possibly a little earlier) and 1926. She left Wales in 1926 to come to Australia. I subscribe to this list and not the Monmouthshire one so hopefully someone will be able to suggest somewhere. ============== Dear Irene, Using Wikipedia, I found a map grid reference for Cwmfelinfach: ST185916. I then looked at this location on a modern Ordnance Survey, on <www.streetmap.co.uk>. There seem to be few places of worship in this area. Using <www.old-maps.co.uk> I checked the same area on a 1:2,500-scale Ordnance Survey map published in 1920 and spotted a few chapels, and one Sunday School, all within the immediate vicinity: Only one chapel was named on this map: Capel-y-Babell (Calvinistic Methodist) The only Pisgah Chapel I can find in this part of South Wales is a former Welsh Baptist chapel on Pisgah Road, Gardiffaith, but that is in a different valley, 30 km to the north.
