Hallo, list This is a bit left-field, but maybe someone here could comment............. Is 'synergedd' basically derived from the English 'synergy' ? And if so, (real question!) is there a 'real' Welsh word that conveys the idea that "the whole is greater than the sum of the individual parts. In team work terms, the knowledge and skill sets of the individual members are of most value when they are combined and the collaboration of them will result in greater outcomes."
