Delete this message immediately do NOT open it. If you have done, the only way I know of getting rid of the resulting problem is to download and use a program called Malwarebytes anti malware which can be used without it costing. The progrram that the email puts into your computer tells you that your computer is infected, yes it is by it. I hope this helps, best wishes, Dave
