Special Resolution passed the 10th day of February, 1949. AT an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above Company, duly convened and held at the registered office, 23, St. Mary Street, Cardiff, on the 10th day of February, 1949, the following Special Resolution was -duly passed: "It is resolved that the Cathays Cinema Company Limited shall be put into voluntary liquidation and that Mr. Ronald Prince, Incorporated Accountant, of 23, St. Mary Street, Cardiff, shall be appointed .
