My Thanks to Eliz for looking at deaths in America. I should have mentioned my Robert BURNELL was born/baptised in 1756 in Newton Nottage,The son of Richard BURNELL and his wife Jennett,nee CRADOCK. Thanks to a help-mate on the list,I now have Robert BURNELL's "Will" which he made out in january 1825 just prior to his trip to America. The "Will"was however not "Proved"until 1856 in the Prerogative Court Of Canterbury. I don't know why this delay was for? But it Does confirm most of what I had already Traced amongst my Family History. As it mentions his Daughter Margaret REES and her husband Rees REES,who were my father's-father's-father's-mother's-Parents.
