As a relative newbie, I'm finding family research can be likened to "How long is a piece of sting" ! Perfect example in my own family is that my husband is researching his line but is staying very very close to the main trunk.... and getting nowhere fast! whereas I am branching out wherever a lead takes me, and getting a substantial lot further.....
