    3. Does anyone know how to go about locating someone who emigrated to Canada in the last thirty years, please? Do they have Election Rolls there? The couple were Jewish perhaps a synagogue may have records for them? I have never tried to locate living people (I hope) so do not have a clue on how to start the process. Any idea's please? Is there any lists or sites for Canada, please? Kind regards Heather

    3. Heather, I agree with Helen.  www.canada411.ca  can help you locate people quickly, and it includes their address and phone number. I am in Ontario near the US border (the very southern part of Canada).  I can help as well if you think that they are in this area.  Actually, I have successfully used Facebook as well to find living relatives - many times!   Janet in sunny Chatham-Kent From: Heather Smith <heather.smith8@virgin.net> To: glamorgan@rootsweb.com Sent: Wednesday, July 6, 2011 1:14:57 PM Subject: [GLA] Cousin's friend in Canada Does anyone know how to go about locating someone who emigrated to Canada in the last thirty years, please? 3. Hi Heather, You might try www.Canada411.ca , the telephone database. Ancestry would perhaps have them on an immigration list as well. Do you know which part of Canada? www.Canadagenweb.org has lists of resources by area. I am in Montreal and will be glad to help if I can Helen ♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥♥The important thing in this world is not so much where we are but in what direction we are moving. > From: heather.smith8@virgin.net > To: glamorgan@rootsweb.com > Date: Wed, 6 Jul 2011 18:14:57 +0100 > Subject: [GLA] Cousin's friend in Canada > > Does anyone know how to go about locating someone who emigrated to Canada in > the last thirty years, please?
