BIRTHPLACE OF THE WELSH INVENTOR-RICHARD ROBERTS. Sir, In last Friday's issue I observe that a correspondent wants to know the dates of the birth and death of Richard ROBERTS, the Welsh inventor. He was born on April 22nd 1789. He died March 11, 1864.
