In 1861 William ROGERS was living in Carmarthen but in 1871 he had moved to 34 Strand, Swansea. I know from items in the London Gazette, William had moved by 1864. I'd like to try to ascertain more closely when he did move by using the electoral rolls. As an attorney, he should have qualified for inclusion.
