David I remembered seeing this family mentioned on the list before Searching the list archives found http://archiver.rootsweb.ancestry.com/th/read/glamorgan/2009-08/1251379666 which is one of three replies to your previous query sent to the list in August 2009, when you found that Annie was travelling to visit David J. JONES in USA on a shipping list. Alltwen was part of Cilybebyll parish. There are no less than 166 references to Cilybebyll in the Glamorgan list archives, including a different JONES family. Have you looked at the other censuses for this family?
