I just wish the Glamorgan Record Office were as good to internet users as most of the libraries in Wales are, just a basic front that has less information on it than it did 5 years ago. Their excuse is that CYMAL sponsor the libraries, yet CYMAL fund access to the Find My Past Community Edition for public libraries, LOCAL ARCHIVE SERVICES, local authority museums, registered independent museums, the National Library of Wales and National Museum Wales. CYMAL also supervises Archives Network Wales who has the online catalogue of the majority of the various archive repositories in Wales. Shortened version if you want to search the Glam RO you have to go to Archives Network Wales site. CYMAL is the Museums Archives and Libraries Wales, which provides advice and support to local museums, archives and libraries in Wales.
