Thanks to Josephine for the information on the Flatholm trips. I see the boat goes from the South Barrage. Where ever that is? And how does one get to it? Someone else says it goes from Penarth? But where in Penarth? Possibly the Marina? Where's that? I see the cost for the Boat Trip is 50 quid for 2 adults and 2 kids. The South Wales Echo ran a story in todays edition. They were more interested in the New Pub thats opened there. They didn't show where you catch the boat either. Presumably,They expect Visitors to "Swim Over?" I for one wouldn't fancy doing that! Not after a few pints that is! Cheers,Graham. From:- Graham WILLIAMS,of Canton,Cardiff. Glamorgan F.H.S;#551.

Hi Robert, There's a photograph of the sign for the South Barrage Water Bus Stop plus a map of the location on the following web page: http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/1585665 It's at the southern end of the Cardiff Bay Barrage near the entrance to Penarth Marina.
