To unsubscribe from the list, please send an email to GLAMORGAN-request@rootsweb.com with the word 'unsubscribe' without the quotes in the subject and the body of the message ( and nothing else in it). Use Plain Text. You need to use the same email address to unsubscribe as you subscribed with. If you can no longer send from that email address, or if you simply don't know what email address you are subscribed with ( if you have several) please contact me off-list.
