Dear List, Family search has Llandaff Abstracts of Wills, also under Llandaff is St David's. Some of St David's are missing a work still in progress. For some like myself who struggle with some of the earlier wills a great bonus. Listed under "Wales, Probate Abstracts, 1773-1780" ( there are wills 1600's + to 1800's) http://pilot.familysearch.org/recordsearch/start.html#p=0 Try it Out Europe Scroll to bottom of the page to Wales Wales, Probate Abstracts, 1773-1780 They are "browse images only". Each set I have looked at has a Place index with name and also a name index is available. This gives us the page number for a particular abstract. Jane - That is pretty exciting. I was unable to find abstracts for the years 1800-1809. Do you think they are missing, or have they not been transcribed yet? (or are my eyes going bad?)
