I'm looking for the parents of Uriah ROBERTS who was born in Llanrhidian Glamorgan in about 1810. His parents were Baptists and I would like to know what records of his birth would have been made at this time. I think that I am right in saying that Baptists believe in adult baptism rather than infant baptism but would they have recorded the birth? Would anyone have any information regarding Baptist Chapels in the Llanrhidian area in about 1810 together with suggestions for where any registers from that time would be held? Geoff
