Is anyone conducting research on Givings/Givins/Gibbons/Givens in Georgia? I found my family in the 1870 Census for Irwin County, Georgia living on J. B. Dorminy's Farm. Family members migrated to Coffee County, Georgia around 1900. Summer Givings(Givings/Givins/Givens), Born Bet. 1809 - 1810 m. Catherine "Katy" Givings, Born Bet. 1819 - 1820. Both died before 1880. His children, Eave "Eve" (Age 20), Wilby (Age 18), Rose (Age 15), and James (Age 13) are also listed. James (Susan Luke Paulk), parents of Sandy (Easter Clayton), parents of Ossie (Elizabeth Smith/Hightower), parents of Willa, is my gggf. Would be interested in any info. E.
