    3. Barb, I'm sorry to be so dumb, but I don't understand why a Gilmore would be receiving an annuity for Indians and what is a "rool" that Henry Gilmore signed? I'm not familiar with the term "Osage Indians" is that a tribe? a location? Again I apologize if these questions are really dumb, but I've never heard of this before.
