JoAnn, Thanks for everything that you are posting to the list on the Gilmores. I have gone from knowing virtually nothing about my Sarah Jane Gilmore who, according to the 1850 GA Census, was born in Washington Co GA, and who married Emanual Ritch to having a whole history of ancestors. (Yes the Census taker actually listed the counties in which the individual was born.) Do you think that my Sarah Jane Gilmore is a descendant of the Gilmores from Moore Co NC? If so, I can really get a lot of information on them. I live in Raleigh, NC and am a regular visitor to the NC Archives. Let me know what to research, if any thing, and I will dig it out. Also, I am not sure that I got all of the Bible Records. Did you post them all? Or do I need to special request the rest? Thanks for any other help that you can be. Franklin
