Do you have the names of any of the siblings of William Gilmore? I am looking for the parents and brothers and sisters of Thomas Gilmore, born about 1811 in Georgia, possibly Washington County. In 1850, Thomas Gilmore was living in Muscogee County (Columbus area) GA. with his wife Mary Jane ORR and children John Emmanuel Gilmore, Isaac Walton Gilmore, Sarah Ann Rebecca Gilmore. In 1860, Thomas Gilmore was living in Cotton Hill, Clay County, GA (along the Chatahoochie River) with his wife and children which had been increased to include: James Thomas Gilmore, Martha Marinda Gilmore and George R. (possibly Richard) Gilmore. His wife's mother, Sidney ORR, was residing with them. Most of the children moved to Navarro and Freestone Counties, Texas in 1876 without their parents.
