I just found so new information on my Gilmores. Looking for James Gilmore born about 1816 in NC married a Sarah in Ross Co., Ohio about 1843 don't know her last name they had eight kids Francis M., b abt 1844, Hester A. b abt 1845, Matthew b abt 1845, George b abt 1850, James Jr. b abt 1852, Jane b abt 1857, Oscar b abt 1863, John b abt 1865 all the kids were born in Ross Co., Ohio.
