    3. Perhaps, if Mr. Gilmore is no longer printing or selling the newsletter, he might allow a "volunteer" to publish (transcribe) them to go on the Internet somewhere. Since it seems they are already out in libraries and such for public viewing, maybe he would agree to them being published on the net. You would still have to ask his permission, of course, if anyone wanted to take on such a project. Just a thought.
