I have been searching for information on my great grandfather, Paul Christopher Gillispie, Jr. for quite some time. He was born 11/13/1882 supposedly in Anderson, SC. His father was Paul Christopher Gillispie, Sr., and his mother was Permelia Patterson. I believe he was the oldest son of this marriage, and as far as I know had one brother named either Ocie or the initials were O.C. His mother died, and Paul, Sr. remarried. All I know is what was handed down through the family. It is said that this second marriage produced several more children. One may have been named John. Paul, Jr. kept in touch with either a brother or nephew in Florida he called "Buster". On 6/27/1899 he married Dora Etta Hunnicutt. They were living in Anderson Co., SC on the 1910 census. Dora died 4/20/1918. He married Lillie West on 6/27/1918. He died in Sylacauga, Alabama in December, 1964. I am trying to trace his siblings, and I would like to find his grandparents names. Is there anyone out there who can help me knock down this brick wall? Thank you, Sheila
