Hello Gillespie researchers, I am seeking information regarding my ggg grandmother Hanna Gillespie who was born in 1828 in Allegheny Co., Pennsylvania. Her parents were born in Ireland. She married Peter McMahon on Sept 22, 1845 and they immediately moved up to Mercer Co. PA. There are a lot of Gillespies in that area, but I do not think they are necessarily related to the family I am looking for. There is a Margaret Gillespie who is related, as she participated in a baptism (Catholic) of one of their children. I'd like to find out the names and anything else about her parents.
