I am searching for information on my ancestor James GILLESPIE who was born in Northern Ireland ca 1714. He was an Early Pee Dee Settler and was there by 1742. He died before the revolutionary way. He married Mary YOUNG, daughter of Francis Young about 1742. They had five children: Obedience who married Thomas ELLERBE, Francis who married Ann Henrietta SMITH, Janet, Mary, James who married Sarah Wilds. Any information would be appreciated.
