HI, Would anyone have come across a Gillespie that would have been in Australia prior to 1809, I have a gg grandfather who was born in Sydney Australia in 1809 I have found no record of his parents and no birth registration for him on info on death certificate. Maybe someone has a family member who came to Australia in those early day"s possibly convict. Please can someone help an Assie even clues where to look. Joy Wintle
