Gillespie (b 1807) m. 1829 Hart Co., KY, Sarah Peebles(b 1809 Hardi Co., KY) They had 9 children: Martha Melinda, Talitha, Susan, William Henry, Willis, Louis Marion, John J., David A., and Mary Jane. Sarah d. abt 1850 in Richland Co., IL. George then married Laura Jane Mills and they had 5 children: George P., Sarah E., James E. Laura, and Harvey He also adopted Laura's dau Cynthia Mills. I know nothing about George's parents or siblings. Would be greatly interested if anyone does. I do however have descendants for 9 of the 15 children. Willing to share if you're connected.
