Gillespie (b. 1869) Father: Surry Davis Gillespie (b. 1826 - d. 1897) Mother: Climilia Eveline Siniard (b. 1836 - d. 1913) (Both buried in Jason Gillespie cemetery at East Fork Township, Transylvania County, NC) Other children: William S., James M., Lambert D., Mary E., Wesley S., Laura A. (all found on 1870 census record for Eastatoe Township, Transylvania County, NC) Climilia's pedigree may be: Father: James Siniard Mother: Nellie Glazener -->daughter of Giles Glazener and Virginia Lee ?? Surry's pedigree may be: Father: William Gillespie (b. 1785 - d. 1851) -->son of John Gillespie (b.<1760 - d. 1822) and Jane Harvey (b. 1762 - d. 1808) -->other children: Rebecca, Mary, Matthew, Robert Harvey, Isabell Mother: Mattie Milberry Davis (b. <1789?)
