Thanks to Teresa Whiting, a wonderful look-up volunteer, I have the following information from "The Early Highland County, Ohio Adult Inhabitants 1806-1821." 1807 Eligible Voters List, Fairfield Twp. Hugh Gillaspy, Thomas Gillaspy, James Gillespy. Any information on these three gentlemen and their families would be most welcome. Hugh's son John M. and wife Rachel Hiatt relocated to Shelby County, IL in the 1850's. John M. b 1806 appears on the 1860 census with a birthplace of Kentucky. Seeking any information on Gillespie families from early 1800's in Kentucky. At this time I don't know where in Kentucky the family lived. Thank you. Pam Bales
