    3. See if you can find a connection between your Jefferson Blaine Gillespie and the family/ancestors of James Gillespie Blaine, educator/politician/Speaker of the House/Republican candidate for U.S. President/Secretary of State. James Gillespie Blaine's mother was Maria Gillespie. She was the daughter of Neal Gillespie of Pennsylvania, Brownsville, if I remember correctly. Please let me know if you find a connection. Sincerely, Ruth Swan Johnson [email protected] -----Original Message----- From: Marti Flowers <[email protected]> To: [email protected] <[email protected]> Date: Thursday, September 02, 1999 7:14 PM Subject: [GILLESPIE] Lost Ancestors >Help, please!
