Hello list: I'm another new one and think the list is great. I am searching for a family for a Thomas Gillespie whose will names George, Margaret who m Mathew Thompson; Isabella who m Joseph Wharton; Jane who m James Wharton and my line Ann who was born July 1772, died June 1839 Butler Co., OH and married a Joseph Cox who lived in same county/ It is said Joseph Cox was an early surveyor for the Judge Symmes land purchase in very early OH. The land was advertised very strongly in NJ so a lot of the early settlers were known to be originally from NJ. Any help or suggestions would be sincerely appreciated. Other names in this line are Ayers, Williams, Hatfield and many many others of very early southwest OH. Hamilton Co., etc. Thanks, JB
