Hi list Is anyone researching this name in Sheffield. Sarah Ellen KENNEY married Edward CLASBY in 1889 marriage certificate ubtained but they made their marks. I understand GILLESPIE is a variation of CLASBY and I have been told by relatives that she married a GILLESPIE at some and there were GILLESPIE children. I cannot find these two or Sarah's daughter Saran Ann KENNEY on the 1891 and 1901 censuses.
