I am looking for the marriage record of Matthew P. Gillespie b. ca 1800 - d. ca 1825. He married Isabella ?unknown maiden name. We believe the marriage took place c. 1820-1822 in Old Abbeville District or Old 96 District , South Carolina- parts of which may be in same. They had two daughters Julia Ann Gillespie and Eliza J. Gillespie - both believed to be born in SC and both later married brothers William and James Rodgers who also were born in the same area. Could anyone on th list point me in the direction to look for the South Carolina marriage records online? Thank you for your help.
