I'm sorry but I see no connection to the Gillespie side of my family. However, my family had Allenders married to the Stalecup family of Maysville, KY. Ruth Stalecup was supposedly the daughter of the mayor of Maysville. The Allender side of my family was also married to the Gillespie family.
