She learned of "family" after father's death in 1943 and found this info, re: a Martha Gillespie in NE MO. I don't have birth/death dates, but this Martha was a dau. of Napoleon Gillespie. She had siblings named: Silas, Harvey, David, John, Marion, Jim, Mary, Martha, Julia Ann, Sarah Ann, Emma, Rachel. This Martha married a John Foster. These people were all born, probably in OH, IL or MO from 1835 through 1860's. The eldest, Silas, died in Civil War.
