This is my annual inquirey for any information on Martha Gillespie. Martha was born about 1830-32 the daughter of Trammel James Gillespie and Martha Elizabeth Lough. They lived in Braxton County, WV in 1850. Martha had the following children: Asa E. Gillespie, b. 1849, married Mary Jane Hopkins James Franklin Gillespie, b. 1852 married Nancy Ann Brown Tillison Clark Gillespie, b. 1855, married Sara Ann Byers Sarena C. Gillespie, b. 1859 Robert Lee Gillespie, b. 1865, married Liza Link Hudkins. It is believe that Martha married Zachariah T. Brown in Braxton Co in 1886.
