She would have been 36 at the time of your birth. I'm not saying this is who you are looking for, but at that time in her life she was in and out of hospitals, so anything is possible. Hope you find what you are looking for! Good Luck!!!

I also have one. But mine is not all rock solid. Mainly when it comes to the Jones. I was Lottie's favorite niece. I was b.1951Tx., Walter had just died recently then. I remember Lottie as a widow. And you have reinforced at least I had that right. My mother (Hazel) told me she had twin girls that died 3 weeks old, and Lottie could not bare being around female babies. I stayed with her as a young girl. She was kind to me. Out of Hazel's 8 children she would only let me and my oldest brother Larry stay with her. Larry was able to care for her yard and things she couldn't do.All us kids stayed with her during Hurricane Carla. Larry knew Uncle Walter, that is who told me his name. This was all in Houston,Tx. Nice pretty home, garage, new car,(one of those new pink ones), large yard with plenty of leaves to rack, she paid us kids for that. She died alone with painful stomach and intestinal cancer. I went ! to see her twice in the hospital, and hated to see her suffer so. I don't have much on that couple other than that. I don't have any pics on them, and would love to have what ever you have, and be happy to send you what I find out about them in the future. Also, I am confused about the child Dorothy. I thought they were childless after the twins death.(this may have been a secret,I felt Lottie blamed herself)There was a Dorothy that lived next door to Lottie's sister Helen, I just assumed that she was Helen's daughter. Aunt Helen was always getting on to Dorothy(she could get mean sometimes). You have given me something different to think about. Again I am thrilled to hear from the family, I have not recieved that obituary yet, will email what info I get.I am trying to find someone to get some pics now. Forrest Park Lawndale Section 15 Lot#25 Space #4. Walter&Lottie owned the lots, so I don't know who maybe there.I have not been able to find any records, census on them. late! r kat
