The first book of Westport records must be missing because even MA Vital Records has a 20 or so year gap. My Westport, MA Giffords are Hannah S. Gifford b. abt 18 Aug 1822 Westport (I believe) married to Humphrey H. Hitt. b. abt 31 Dec. 1816 They were married on 3 Mar 1837. Hannah , I believe acording to the marriage record had Harvey Gifford b. abt 1719 and Sydia (maybe Linda) Tibbits. There records are inconclusive to me. Do you have anything on My manyg-grandparents?
