I am really desperate. My stepfather who is 80 is the son of Erwin Gifford and Hazel Lagory. He was born in Glens Falls, N.Y. in 1919. He is the oldest of four children, two other boys and a sister born in 1926. The children were taken away from the parents around 1929. My stepfather, James Arthur Gifford was taken into the home of Alva Myers in Basom, N.Y. He never saw his siblings again. Now that his health is not good, it would give him some peace of mind if he could contact them if they are still alive, or at least find out what happened to them.
