Hello list, I am looking for parents and ancestors of Sarah GIFFORD - probably born around 1727 in Rhode Island or New York. She married John THOMAS. Their daughter, Mehitable THOMAS was born 01 Oct 1747, probably in Rhode Island. She married Josiah BULL, Jr on 19 Dec 1763. Sarah GIFFORD is said to have been a member of the "Society of Friends".
