What a great idea: My Gifford line is the ultimate brick wall. Here is what I know: Silas Gifford b. 12-25-1852/53 in OH married Mary Jane Williams b. 1856 in IN. They were married in Indiana in 1876. Sometime between 1883 and 1900 they moved to TN, Dyer and Benton counties.....Silas died in 1921 in Dyer Co. Mary Jane died 1911, I don't know where. They had the following children: Scott Burdette Gifford 1877-1853 + Pearl May Ford 1883-1948 Will Gifford 1879- +Bertha ???? Ike Gifford 1881- + Ethel Farmer John Gifford 1883- +Myrtle Manley Oscar Gifford 1887- +Nora ??? Charlie Gifford 1889-- Cecil Beulah Gifford (female) 1893- McKinley Gifford 1900-- Evelyn: If you need any "help" putting it all together, let me know.
