My great grandfather was George Edward Gifford, born 7-7-1855 in Salisbury Plains, England to James Gifford and Caroline Talbot. He came to the US in 1878. I have nothing further back than that and would really like to get more information on his line. I would greatly appreciate any help that anybody can give me. Thank you......Marie Freitag
